Current status

There is no public inventory. No checkout, pass, guest-messaging, or check-in system is in operation on this site. The sections below describe how those parts of the platform are designed to work once an experience is live, and the terms for any live experience are stated on its listing before checkout.

What GIG & GREET is

GIG & GREET is a platform for official, artist-approved meet-and-greets, soundchecks, VIP experiences, and fan access. Artists and their authorized teams control the format, capacity, timing, inclusions, exclusions, concert-ticket inclusion, guest expectations, day-of instructions, accessibility contact, check-in requirements, and package-specific rules of every experience.

GIG & GREET is not a resale marketplace, a ticket scalping platform, a fan lottery, an unauthorized VIP seller, a general concert-ticket marketplace, a fan club, a booking agency, a management company, a promoter, a venue, a merchandise store, or a social network. Nobody may list access to another person here without that person's authorization.

Listings

A listing is a promise written down. Every published listing states what the experience is, what is included, what is not included, when to arrive, where to check in, who can attend, what to bring, whether a concert ticket is included, who to contact, what happens if the day changes, and what happens if the experience changes or is canceled.

A purchase creates only the access described in the listing. Nothing outside the listing is promised. A GIG & GREET experience is separate from the main concert unless the listing says otherwise, and concert admission may need to be purchased separately.

There is currently no public inventory. Listings appear only as artists and authorized teams release them. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer until a listing is published.

Passes

When an experience is live, a pass is issued to a named passholder and checked against the guest record at the point of entry. Whether a pass can be transferred or its name changed, by what deadline, and with whose approval is set per experience and stated on the listing before checkout.

Unauthorized resale of a pass or of artist access is not permitted. A pass that has been refunded, canceled, or replaced will not admit anyone.

Timing, changes, and cancellations

Show-day timing and logistics may change. Guests follow the current instructions on their pass. Material changes to an experience, including timing, location, and package inclusions, will be communicated to guests. Inclusions, exclusions, the concert-ticket requirement, and refund eligibility will not be changed silently.

Refund, postponement, and cancellation handling is set per experience and shown on its listing before checkout. Nothing on this page promises a refund, credit, transfer, upgrade, or replacement that the listing does not.

Venue and artist rules

Venue rules apply to every experience. The artist or authorized team may end or adjust an experience for safety or conduct reasons. GIG & GREET does not grant access beyond what the artist and the venue authorize, and it does not replace artist security, venue security, tour management, production management, venue accessibility staff, artist management, booking, promotion, or legal counsel.

Payment

When an experience is live, payment is handled by a hosted payment provider named on the listing and in checkout. GIG & GREET never collects card details through a form on this site and never stores full card numbers, security codes, or payment authentication codes. Fees and taxes, where they apply, will appear in the checkout summary before payment begins.

Artist authorization

Only the artist or a documented authorized team member may create or approve an experience. GIG & GREET verifies authority before a listing is drafted and keeps an internal approval record. Representation by any other company does not create a listing on its own.
