What this site collects today

This website is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and stores nothing you type. The artist brief assembles a message inside your browser and hands it to your own email app or clipboard. Nothing is sent until you send it, and nothing is stored by the site.

What a live experience needs

When an experience is live, the platform will process only what access requires: purchaser name, passholder name, email, a transaction reference held by the payment provider, the experience, the pass status, check-in state, the communications sent, and, only when a guest asks for one, the accommodation the guest needs.

It does not collect Social Security numbers, passport copies, images of identification, medical records, health information beyond an accommodation request, social or artist passwords, biometric data, precise location history, or payment-card data beyond what the payment provider handles.

Identification at check-in

Where a listing requires identification, it will be checked against the passholder name and will not be photographed, copied, or recorded. The requirement is stated on the listing before purchase.

Accommodation requests

An accommodation request asks only what the venue or artist team needs to make the arrangement. Nobody is asked for a diagnosis. Accommodation information will be limited to the people arranging it, kept only as long as the experience needs it, and not shown on ordinary check-in screens unless staff need it for entry.

Transactional and marketing messages

Messages about a purchase, a pass, an instruction, a change, or a cancellation are transactional. Buying a pass does not subscribe anyone to artist or platform marketing. Marketing is sent only with separate consent.

Passes and guest lists

Pass pages will not be indexed by search engines and will not be listed in sitemaps. Guest names, emails, and guest lists will never be placed in public pages, public files, analytics, or social-sharing content. Check-in staff will see what entry needs and nothing more.

Children

Experiences carry their own age rules. Where an experience admits minors with a guardian, the guardian purchases and holds the pass. This site is not directed at children.
