- Every listing names who coordinates accommodations and how far ahead to make contact.
- Tell that contact what accommodation you need for the experience. No diagnosis is asked for.
- Arrangements are made with the venue and the artist team. Nothing is guaranteed that they cannot provide, and venue limitations are stated where they are known.
- Check-in is designed never to rely on a scan alone, with a manual, accessible path planned for every experience.
