Start an artist conversation.

Ten short stages that describe the show, the moment, and the rules around it. The brief assembles in your browser and goes out through your own email app. Nothing is stored here, nothing is published from it, and no listing goes live without the artist's and the team's approval.

Never send

  • Passwords or authentication codes
  • Banking, card, or tax information
  • Government identification
  • Guest lists or fan data
  • Private phone numbers in the brief itself
  • Unreleased music or unannounced dates

What happens next

  • Your email app opens with the brief in the body, or you paste the copied brief. Nothing is sent until you send it.
  • GIG & GREET reviews the brief and replies to the authorized contact to confirm authority and fill any gaps.
  • The listing is drafted from the brief, previewed with your team, and published only after artist and team approval and written commercial terms.
