Questions

Before you step closer.

Answered from platform policy only. Where a rule is set per experience, the answer says so: check the listing. No drop is live yet, so answers about checkout, passes, messages, and check-in describe the workflow every live drop will follow.

For fans

Nineteen things worth knowing before checkout.

01Are the experiences official?

Yes. Only experiences approved by the artist or their authorized team are listed. This is not a resale market, not a lottery, and not a place where anyone can list access to another person.

02Does the package include a concert ticket?

It depends on the package. Every listing carries one explicit state: show ticket included, show ticket required separately, show admission not required, or another verified relationship described on the listing. It appears on the card, beside the price, before checkout, on the pass, and in the day-of reminder.

03When do experiences go live?

There is no public inventory right now. Listings appear as artists and their teams release them, and each drop carries its own on-sale details. Nothing here counts down, holds a place, or pretends otherwise.

04What happens if timing changes?

Show days move. The workflow is built so that when the artist team changes the arrival window, the check-in location, or the instructions, the current version goes to the pass and a transactional message tells you what changed. Follow the pass, not an old email.

05What happens if the experience is canceled?

The listing states how a cancellation by the artist, the venue, or the show is handled for that experience, including any refund. Read it before checkout. A canceled pass is not valid for entry.

06Can a pass be transferred?

Passes are tied to the passholder's name. Whether a transfer is permitted, by what deadline, and whether the artist team must approve it is set per experience. Check the listing. There is no resale marketplace here, and unauthorized resale of artist access is not permitted.

07Can the passholder name change?

Name changes follow the policy on the listing, including any deadline. Check the listing.

08What identification is needed?

The listing states what to bring. Where identification is required, it has to match the passholder name on the pass. Identification will be checked, not photographed or stored.

09Can someone else use my screenshot?

Entry is designed to be checked against the guest record and the passholder name, not against an image. Where the listing requires identification, the name on the identification has to match the pass. The check-in method for each experience is stated on its listing, and nothing about check-in is promised beyond what that listing states.

10What if I arrive late?

Arrival windows are set by the artist team and are often tight because the artist's day is scheduled around them. The late-arrival rule is on the listing and on the pass. Check the listing.

11What if I need an accessibility accommodation?

Every listing names who coordinates accommodations and how far ahead to make contact. Tell them what accommodation you need for the experience. Nobody will ask for a diagnosis. Arrangements are made with the venue and the artist team, and nothing is guaranteed that the venue or artist team cannot provide.

12Are photos included?

Only when the listing says so, in the format it describes. Check the listing.

13Are autographs included?

Only when the listing says so. Signed items, item limits, and gift rules appear on the listing. Check the listing.

14Can I bring a guest?

Each pass admits one named guest unless the listing states otherwise. Check the listing.

15Are children allowed?

Each experience carries its own age rule, which may differ from the main show: all ages, 18+, 21+, minors with a guardian, or a venue rule. Check the listing.

16Where do I check in?

The listing gives the approved public check-in location. The exact meeting point and any detail that should not be public early is meant to reach your pass on show day.

17Who do I contact?

The listing and the pass will name the day-of contact and the accessibility contact for that experience. For anything about the platform itself, use the contact page.

18What happens if the main show is postponed?

The listing states how a postponement is handled for that experience. Check the listing. Guests will receive a transactional message with the current instruction.

19How are refunds handled?

Refund rules are set per experience and shown on the listing before checkout, including artist cancellation, show cancellation, postponement, and buyer changes. Check the listing. Nothing outside the listing is promised.

For artists + teams

Who controls what, and how it runs.

01Who controls the package?

The artist or the authorized team. Format, capacity, timing, inclusions, exclusions, guest rules, photo and autograph policy, merchandise, concert-ticket inclusion, age rules, and check-in expectations are all yours to set.

02Who controls capacity?

You do. Capacity is a real limit in the design. Nothing will sell past it, and nothing is held merely because someone opened checkout.

03Who approves the listing?

The artist and the authorized team. A listing is not published until the artist, the show, the package, the price, the inclusions, the exclusions, the ticket relationship, the timing, the accessibility contact, the guest rules, the refund handling, the check-in method, and the artwork are all confirmed.

04Can admission be separate?

Yes. Each listing carries one explicit ticket state. Many experiences require a concert ticket bought separately, and the listing says so everywhere it matters.

05How does check-in work?

Check-in is designed to run against the named guest record, at the point you set, by the method you set, with a manual path for exceptions. Staff will see what entry needs and nothing more.

06Who communicates updates?

You decide the tone and who approves changes. GIG & GREET is built to deliver the current instruction to the pass and send the transactional message. Guests will never be added to marketing by buying a pass.

07Can the team change timing?

Yes. Timing updates are designed to go to the pass with a timestamp and a message to guests. Inclusions, exclusions, the ticket requirement, and refund eligibility will not be changed silently.

08How are cancellations and refunds handled?

Per experience, according to the handling you approve before publication. The listing states it, the pass will carry it, and guests will be told what happens next.

09How are guests verified?

By the passholder name on the guest record and, where you require it, matching identification. The design never exposes a guest list publicly or ships it in a file.

10Can the team see attendance?

Yes. Named attendance and order records for your experience are part of what the platform is built to keep, and they stay with the experience.

11What information does GIG & GREET need?

The artist and authorized contact, the show, the experience format, capacity, timing, inclusions, exclusions, guest rules, communication preferences, check-in plan, and approvals. The artist brief walks through all of it.

12How do pricing, fees, and settlement work?

Commercial terms are agreed in writing for each experience. Nothing on this site states a fee, a share, or a settlement schedule, and nothing is charged to a fan until a listing is approved and live.

Still a question

Ask directly.

For anything about the platform itself, use the contact page. For anything about a specific experience, the listing and the pass name the contact.
