Three families
Every listing belongs to one of three families. Nothing inside a family is automatic. The listing carries only what the artist approved.

A real hello and a real moment, in the format the artist approved. The listing states exactly what the moment includes.
Nothing here is standard. Photo, signing, and item rules appear on each listing.
Hear it before the room fills
Early venue access for the part of the show most people never see. Some packages add more. The listing says which.
Soundcheck does not automatically include meeting the artist. Content is at the artist's discretion and can change on the day.
The whole night, itemized
Artist-designed bundles that combine approved elements into one night with one pass. Every component is listed, including what is not included.
Full Access means the package the artist designed. It does not mean backstage, dressing-room, side-stage, production, or crew access unless the listing says so.
The listing standard
Every published listing answers all eleven, in this order. If it is not on the listing, it is not part of the package.
The experience type, the artist, the show, and the date.
Every approved inclusion, itemized.
Every material exclusion, itemized.
The arrival window, when check-in opens, and the late-arrival rule.
The approved public location before the show, with the exact point on the pass on show day.
The age rule and any guardian requirement.
Identification, the pass name, and anything else required at the door.
One explicit state, shown on the card, beside the price, before checkout, on the pass, and in the reminder.
The day-of contact and the accessibility contact.
How timing and location updates will reach the pass.
The refund, postponement, and cancellation handling for that experience.
